Created by artist Amy Bartlett Wright in the Fall of 2020, this mural shows the Valley Falls Pond part of the Blackstone River which is the area immediately south and west of this location. She focused primarily on her impressions of water and trees then added a few birds and turtles. The work is signed and dated in the bottom right corner.
The work was commissioned by the Cadillac Mills owners to enliven one of the buildings on their property. An article about the the artist and this work: "Artist nearing completion on riverfront mural" appeared in the October 7, 2020 edition of The Valley Breeze newspaper.
