Dobbelt smedejernsport ved ingangen til Egeskov Slot. Med årstal 1845 og initialerne PBB for den tidligere greve Preben Bille Brahe.
Porten er udført i sortmalet smedjern, og sidder i begge sider fast til to store stensøjler. Gennem porten kan man se den store bøgehæk som fører ind til slottet.
Udover initialer og årstal er der tre forskellige mønstre vertikalt på de lodrette jernstænger.
Det er ikke tilladt for turister at benytte porten, da den fører ind til den private del af Egeskov Slot.
Double wrought iron gate at the entrance to Egeskov Castle. With year 1845 and the initials PBB for the former Count Preben Bille Brahe.
The gate is made of black-painted wrought iron, and sits on both sides stuck to two large stone pillars. Through the gate you can see the large beech hedge that leads into the castle.
In addition to initials and years, there are three different patterns vertically on the vertical iron bars.
Tourists are not allowed to use the gate, as it leads into the private part of Egeskov Castle.
