Géant Casino is a shopping center on the outskirts of Fréjus. In addition to a large supermarket and some indoor stores it also includes an outdoor strip-mall with additional shops. On a plaza of this outdoor area there is a compass rose embedded in the concrete floor.
The compass rose is made from metal and has a diameter of four meters. It shows the cardinal and intercardinal directions as well as the directions of the major winds on the Mediterranean Sea.
