De GroenBlauwe zone heeft onder andere een natuurspeelplaats, visvijver, een uitkijktoren en broedschuren voor beschermde vogelsoorten. Door een stelsel van wandel- en fietspaden en vlonderbruggen is 55% van het gebied toegankelijk, waaronder een doorgaande fietsverbinding tussen de Provincialeweg en de Ringdijk.
Het gebied kenmerkt zich door veel groen en water en herbergt in totaal 17,3 ha aan watercompensatie. Plas-dras gebied ontstaat doordat sommige delen gedurende een periode van het jaar onder water staan, bijvoorbeeld bij veel regen. Voor natuur en landschap is dit erg belangrijk omdat het gevarieerdheid brengt voor waterdieren, weidevogels en vissen. In november van 2016 werden de eerste jonge bomen en struiken aangeplant.
Deze uitkijktoren staat midden in het waterrijke gebied en is alleen bereikbaar via een drietal drijvende bruggen. Vanuit hier kunnen je genieten van de watervogels en de roofvogels boven de weilanden.

The Green Blue zone includes a nature playground, fishing pond, a lookout tower and breeding sheds for protected bird species. 55% of the area is accessible through a system of walking and cycling paths and platform bridges, including a through bicycle connection between the Provincialeweg and the Ringdijk.
The area is characterized by lots of greenery and water and houses a total of 17.3 ha of water compensation. A wetland area is created because some parts are under water during a period of the year, for example with a lot of rain. This is very important for nature and landscape because it brings variety to aquatic animals, meadow birds and fish. The first young trees and shrubs were planted in November 2016.
This watchtower is located in the middle of the wetland area and can only be reached via three floating bridges. From here you can enjoy the water birds and birds of prey above the meadows.
