THE WATER TANK AT THE CARL JUNCTION EXPLOSIVES PLANT OF E.I. DUPONT DE NEMOURS AND COMPANY INCORPORATED. IT IS A TALL STEEL TANK WITH ROUND BOTTOM AND CONICAL TOP AND HAS A BALL AT THE TIP.
This was another of the water tank adventures.
