This looks to be one of the Little Free Pantrys placed by Serve Denton, and it may have been here since 2016. It's made of wood -- sources say cedar -- on a wooden post. The roof is warped and the finishing could use a touch-up, but the door is fairly solid, though. It is otherwise in good condition. As of this posting, the box was completely empty, most likely from the needy and not vandals: The businesses along University Drive just a few blocks north see their share of the homeless.
