Inverleigh Presbyterian Church was built in 1861 of bluestone with a slate roof in the Early English Gothic style. Previous to the church being built services were held in a wooden building on the same block,the total cost of building was 443 Pounds. The church was opened on 13th Jan. 1862. by Rev. A.J. Campbell of St Georges' Geelong.
