A well-stocked micro pantry at The Foundry Church in Zeeland, Michigan. It is filled with non-perishable foods including cereal, pasta, rice, peanut butter, and canned foods like, fruit, beans, soup, vegetables, as well as personal items like, deodorant, toothpaste, diapers, feminine pads, soap, and toilet paper.
The Pantry is constructed of wood with two large access doors each with a glass window for viewing the pantry contents. The interior has three shelves which are painted white. The wood pantry frame is sided with aluminum panels. The pantry siding and access doors are painted brown (taupe) and the roof is protected with asphalt shingles trimmed with a white drip edge. The pantry is mounted on a sturdy wood base.
The sign states,”Take what you need, Leave what you can”, which is the concept for the MicroPantry ministry at Harvest Stand Ministries.
