Natuurgebied ’t Weegje, bestaat uit gras, riet en moeraslanden. In het midden van het natuurgebied ligt de natuurplas. Deze plas is in 1825 ontstaan door de afgraving van veen voor turfwinning.
Het gebied is het hele jaar door een waar paradijs voor vele water- en weidevogelsoorten.
Deze karakteristieke brug over de Ringvaart geeft toegang tot de grootste parkeerplaats van het gebied. Ook bevind zich hier een restaurant en (roei-)boot verhuur. Het is een stalen geklonken brug met sierwerken.
De brug ligt op de grens van Moordrecht en Waddinxveen is aangewezen als gemeentelijk monument in Moordrecht (Zuidplas).

Nature reserve 't Weegje, consists of grass, reed and wetlands. The natural lake lies in the middle of the nature reserve. This lake was created in 1825 by the excavation of peat for peat extraction.
The area is a true paradise for many water and meadow bird species all year round.
This characteristic bridge over the Ringvaart canal provides access to the largest car park in the area. There is also a restaurant and (rowing) boat rental. It is a riveted steel bridge with ornamental works.
The bridge is located on the border of Moordrecht and Waddinxveen has been designated a municipal monument in Moordrecht (Zuidplas).
