It features water fountains, a clock tower, and a geocache. The clock is mounted about 50 feet above the main entrance, facing southwest. It has a white face and hands. It also uses roman numerals at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 positions while tick marks are at the others.
The building is a multi level/story structure built with stucko walls and red-tile roofs, which is typical of this area.
