Kirriemuir is a small town in the county of Angus in Scotland, famous for its red sandstone buildings and birthplace of novelist and playwright JM Barrie, the creator of Peter Pan.
The town's bowling club was formed in 1870 and is situated in the eastern part of the town on the north side of the B957 Brechin Road at the foot of the Hill of Kirriemuir.
The green is surrounded by a tall hedge and has entrances on the (south) Brechin Road, and (east) Cemetery Road. The clubhouse is on the northern side of the green.
