Long Description:
Thorsbrook Spring flows strongly especially in wet conditions as pictured here. It runs into Taston Brook and Coldren Brook before entering the River Evenlode and ultimately the Thames.

The Victorian fountain was built in 1862 as a tribute to Henrietta, Viscountess Dillon, wife of Henry Dillon, 13th Viscount Dillon. Some references suggest it is a Holy well or Sacred Spring but there doesn't seem to be any reliable sources to support this.
