A group of residents has been working intensively in the neighborhood in recent years, with the aim of improving the quality of life in the neighborhood.
In the autumn of 2012, the roundabout was provided with plants and a work of art.
This artwork was ordered in the autumn and was specially crafted for the Veldhuizen district.
After a delivery time of about 4 months it was installed.
The unveiling of the artwork `In de wijk én voor de wijk' took place on June 15, 2013.
