A mural just inside the library is also by the same artist: Conrad Snider. These two vertical pieces stand outside the library entrance on the east side of the building: one on each side. Each stands about ten feet tall, three feet wide. They resemble totems, with faces at the top and numerous symbols at the bottom and sides. Tassels line the perimeters. The piece on the left of the entrance as you face the library is holding a book, and has shoes. The figure on the right appears to wear a necklace of dangling hoops.
