This is a two-story building constructed in 1906 of concrete block. It has been painted a cream color and is currently vacant and boarded up. The facade is plain, with four single windows on the second level, covered with plywood. The ground floor has a single boarded entrance, a large boarded display window and what appears to be a boarded vehicle bay door. The building shares a second floor entry with the Walton Building to the north.
At the center roof line is a projected parapet which reads: "Fetters 1906". The original owner, John Fetters operated an automobile garage here from 1912 through 1931, at which time Fetters and Hunter continued the operation with auto repair and radio sales. During World War II, in 1943, the building was operated by Clarkson & Startz Aircraft Company, and later in 1953, by CM Mann Motors Co. and Body Shop.
