This Sundial is located on the Residence Hall (EAST) side of the Rochester Institude of Technology College Campus. It was created in 1968 by Alistair Bevington.

This Equatorial Sundial was put in place in 1968. It is located in a quad formed by several residence halls on the RIT Campus. When I was a student here 1994-1999 the fraternity and sorority members would often chant and dance around the sundial at night. Part of their pledge ceremonies.

The sundial is a steel and stainless steel sculpture with dimensions of approximately 18' x 25' x 14'.
