This wind sculpture is located on the bank of the Grand River along the Grand Haven Boardwalk.
The artist, Mike Westra, used old traffic signal posts from the downtown area that were removed for the installation of a snowmelt system. The sculpture is mounted on a cement pedestal.
The sculpture was donated to the city of Grand Haven on September 22, 2010.
