USS Batfish is a Balao-class submarine, commissioned in May 1943 and best known for sinking three Japanese submarines in a 72-hour period. Decommissioned in 1969, she was acquired by the State of Oklahoma, towed up the Arkansas River to her current position, and restored as a museum ship. Visitors can walk the length of the ship from bow to stern, viewing almost every location within the submarine except for the conning tower. See the link above for current hours of operation.
