Calderwood Butte is a popular hiking trail. The complete 1.5 loop has an altitude change of about 283 feet. There is a trail map on display here so that you can choose your desired route. This trailhead is at the parking lot on the east side of the Butte, on N 99th Avenue. The lot is relatively small compared to the popularity of the trail so it is best to arrive early.
