The following description is from a newspaper article on the Eagle Scout:

"Jacob's Eagle Scout Project was the construction of a 12-by-24-foot patio at the cemetery of Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church. The process took more than a year to complete. He helped the church raise funds for the project by selling memorial bricks that could be engraved for the patio. The scouts dug post holes, and then a wooden frame was installed to act as a perimeter. Stones were placed inside the frame to level the ground for the bricks. Finally, the bricks were laid in an orderly fashion. "
