The Lodge uses the upper floor, and the lower floor is used by the Clairette Baptist Church. That looks to be a parsonage behind the building on the TX 6 side of things. The Lodge does have a small Internet presence, but it looks like the webmaster hasn't yet gotten around to providing any history. It does note that they were chartered by the Grand Lodge of Texas on December 7, 1911, at a time when Clairette wasn't the rural community that it is today, having a population of a few hundred at the time.
