This U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Benchmark Disk is on the front (east side) of the Municipal Building, at the southeast corner, directly below the cornerstone. The disk, which is stamped M 187 and dated 1933, is in good condition. There is ample parking only a few feet away.
