DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1983 IN KNOXVILLE. IN KNOXVILLE, AT THE INTERSECTION OF MARKET STREET AND CLINCH AVENUE, AT THE KNOXVILLE HISTORICAL SOCIETY BUILDING, ON THE SOUTHWEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING IN TOP OF THE GRANITE FOUNDATION AND NEAR THE WEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, 8.69 METERS (28.5 FT) NORTHEAST OF THE NORTHEAST CURB OF MARKET STREET, 6.95 METERS (22.8 FT) SOUTHEAST OF THE SOUTHEAST CURB OF CLINCH AVENUE, 1.55 METERS (5.1 FT) SOUTHEAST OF THE WEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING.
