The boat is located in Parque da Cidade Manuel Braga, next to the Water Museum and close to the bank of river Mondego.
It's is a traditional boat, of a kind that during centuries carried goods in the nearby river. They aren't being used anymore. The city managed to preserve this one and keep in display although some traces of neglection are visible.
