The wayside shrine of height about 5 meters is located on the original place at a road in village Bernartice. Originally was the column painted with "bronze" color. In four niches of the upper lantern of the shrine painted pictures of Patrons Saint (St Anne, St John oh Nepomuk, St Anthony a the Holy Family) on metal plates were placed formerly.
On the base of the column one can find date of its origin MDCCCXXVIII, i.e. 1828. There is also an engraved prayer to St. Anne.
