The tower has good access and views from a number of sides with a public footpath running within a few meters of it's base. It sits next to Tank Farm and is surrounded by arable fields, under he management of Thames Water. The tower can be found at the top of Wards Road, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, OX7 5BP.
