This mural was created by a group of young artists in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood. As you walk over the sidewalks of the Loomis Street Bridge this mural, painted on the walls of the bridge, surrounds you. First there is a mash up of a pineapple and a skull, a scene of aliens, and then some tranquil fish and leaping frogs. On the other side of the bridge there is a scene of butterflies, a deer, and a young girl reflecting on the city, and more. This scenes are all brightly colored, making the name "Rainbow Bridge" seem appropriate. In between the mural scenes, the rest of the bridge is also painted in rainbow colors. A signature panel gives the names of the young artists from El Paseo Community Garden who worked on the project.
