United States Marine Corps reserve tank unit Bravo Company, 4th Tank Battalion was located in Yakima, Washington. The M103 was used by Bravo Company, 4th Tank Battalion for many years until replaced by the M60 Main Battle Tank. The M103 Heavy Tank Was a heavy tank meant to counter Soviet heavy tanks. Only 300 were built with 220 accepted into the US Army and 80 into the United States Marine Corps. In army service from 1957 to 1963. USMC heavy tanks served another 10 years until 1974. This tank wears the markings B 22 and a palm tree.
