This courthouse was constructed in 1952 and is located between 10th and 11th Street, between N. Washington Ave. and C Streets. This is a three-story Modern building constructed of reinforced concrete with a granite facing. The facade has three bays, with the center bay slightly projected and rising above the other two.

The main entrance faces west, with entrances also located on the North and South. The building houses the County offices, as well as the District Court.
