The mural appears high on the south wall of the center. It is a graffiti style image like you might see on a rail car or bridge. The vibrant colors are really quite beautiful. The image itself has no obvious form. It appears to me somewhat avian in nature almost as if it has wings extending from the center and is taking flight.
Blocks of color seem to hold it from the top and attach it to the wall. This connection makes it seem as though the bird like shape is either rising into the color or may be descending from it. The absence of any work below the 'bird' may further suggest it is rising from nothing or from ashes somewhat like a Phoenix.
It's art and that is what I see. I'd be curious to see how you describe it when you see it.
