Parish church of Holt. Originally built in the mid 12th century, altered in 13th century, extended in the 14th and 15th centuries, then underwent restoration in 1859.

This church is Grade I listed (the highest level).

It is part of a Benefice covering Hallow, Grimley, Holt and Lower Broadheath, all in Worcestershire.

The lych gate is a stone-built structure with a slate roof. with four strong corner pillars and wooden gates. The church noticeboard is on the inside of one of the pillars.
