Na nízkém stupni hranolový podstavec nesoucí sokl tvaru komolého jehlanu, na nem vztycen latinský kríž s korpusem Krista. Podstavec složen ze stupnovité patky a hranolového dríku ukonceného fabionovou rímsou zdobenou akantovými listy. Na trech stranách dríku vyhloubeny melké niky, v nich reliéfy Bolestné Panny Marie, sv. Terezie z Avily a sv. Jana Nepomuckého. Na zadní strane vytesán majuskulní dedikacní nápis s chronogramem. Spodní stupnovitá partie soklu tvaru komolého jehlanu zduraznena akantem. Na celní strane soklu reliéf vavrínového vence, uvnitr vence monogram HS s krížkem a horícím srdcem. Kríž s pravoúhle ukoncenými brevny vystupuje ze stylizovaného skaliska doplneného lebkou. Výrazne plasticky modelovaný korpus s široce rozevrenými pažemi, nohama pribitýma pres sebe a rouškou s dlouhým cípem spadajícím podél pravého boku. Nad hlavou umísten titulus.
