This bench in honour of Jade Quirk can be alongside the southern boundary of the Millennium Arboretum in the village of St. John's

This dark-brown coloured wooden bench has horizontal seat slates and backrest supported on a cast iron frame which forms the legs and armrests of the bench. The cast iron parts of the bench are painted black.

There is a rectangular plaque attached on the backrest of this bench which is inscribed as follows:
‘JADE QUIRK
20th April 1995 - 5th March 2013
