Below the ribbon is a gazebo and then a street scene with a parade.
A brown arch goes over the parade/street scene that is made up of train tracks. A black locomotive is on the tracks on the right side of the arch.
Next to the locomotive is a horse and buggy. Above that is a blacksmtih shop, and above that is a school. Mingled in are portraits.
On the left end is three churchs with firefighter emblem above, and a house. To the right of the house is a series of portraits.
