"From one of the windows of this building James Bond, agent 007 in the movie "The world is never enough", was thrown. The first sequence was shot in Bilbao, in front of the Guggenheim museum. The filming brought together a large audience, which can be clearly seen in the film in front of the holding fences and even flashes of the cameras are seen.
The agents who enter the Swiss banker's office are real policemen, but they are from the municipal police force, not the autonomous police.
This is not the only film shot in Bilbao in recent years. Between 2006 and 2007, 3 feature films, 3 shorts, 2 documentaries on international television and another from EITB, programs on other television channels, music video clips and a dozen corporate reports and television commercials were shot. In 2008, Bilbao was the setting for the filming of two other films; Borja Cobeaga has finished shooting his first feature film “Pagafantas”; and Patxo Tellería and Aitor Mazo have filmed “The cloud painting machine”."
