Minneapolis-Moline made about 1,000 RTS tractors between 1939 and 1953. This was the standard wheel version of the R series. The series also featured single front wheel, adjustable front wheels and a tripod front.

This tractor is one of about 100 vintage pieces of farm equipment, tractors and vehicles on display at Pete's Centre Canada Heritage Museum off the Trans Canada Highway just east of Winnipeg, near the village of Tache.
