In the old town of Cannes, at the intersection of Rue Saint-Antoine and Rue Panisse, there is a historic worth seeing mosaic mounted to a house wall. Both streets are small alleys with lots of restaurants and touristic stores. The building with the mosiac houses also a souvenir shop.
The mosaic shows a man making pottery in the outdoors. Three birds surround an watch him. Sometimes, in the trough below flowers bloom. Above of the mosaic is a sign reading "Poterie Céramique du Colombier", translating to "Pottery Ceramics of Colombier". I don't know if this is the title of the mosaic or the name of its manufacturer.
