International Harvester was the parent of the Farmall tractor series. The line began in 1923, with the eventual introduction of the alphabet series in 1931. The Farmall Model A and Be were virtually identical, with the Model A having an offset engine and seat, known as "cultivision".
There were a total of 117,552 Model A's built between 1939 and 1947.
