Nápad pomalovat zarízení na distribuci elektrické energie vznikl v rámci projektu Smart City pred nekolika lety. Dnes zdobí originální malby více než osmdesát trafostanic po celé republice a zpríjemnují verejné prostranství mest a obcí. Jenom v Brne jich najdeme na dve desítky. A v plánu jsou další, treba s použitím speciálního nanonáteru, který umí zbavit vzduch škodlivých látek a skleníkových plynu. Autorem této konkrétní výmalby je umelec skrývající se pod jménem Matan Velký a vznikla v prubehu cervence 2020.

The idea to paint electricity distribution equipment arose as part of the Smart City project a few years ago. Today, the original paintings decorate more than eighty transformer stations throughout the country and make the public space of towns and villages more pleasant. In Brno alone, we can find two dozen of them. And there are others in the plan, for example with the use of a special nanocoat that can rid air of harmful substances and greenhouse gases. The author of this particular painting is an artist hiding under the name Matan Velký and was created during July 2020.
