This bench in honour of Kathleen Simpson can be found alongside a footpath on Douglas Head.
This mid-brown coloured wooden bench has a horizontal slatted seat and a vertically slatted backrest. It also has two armrests.
There is a rectangular plaque attached on the backrest of this bench which is inscribed as follows:
‘In Memory Of
KATHLEEN SIMPSON
1931-2000’
The bench is positioned to afford excellent views of Douglas Bay and further afield.
