Oliver Cemetery is well established with interesting old headstones. There is a veterans section, and a scattering garden. There are approximately 3,500 interments that are graced by towering trees and well maintained grassy areas. There are numerous dedicated benches and dedicated trees, and a memorial garden with a gazebo.
The cemetery is divided into sections with the oldest interments being in Sage, Veterans and Okanagan, some dated in early 1800s. The oldest individual I found was Veteran Dennis Whiteley who passed away at 103.
