The Home Depot (Kanata 7108 store) dedicated this maple tree to Ed Leith. The tree stands near the old horseshoe pit, a small recreational area east of the Home Depot parking lot. In years past, there have been picnic tables out here for the staff. There is another dedicated maple tree nearby.
The following text is taken from the dedication plaque on site.
