Hilltop Farm is a country estate and working farm established in 1914 by George Mallory Hendee, a co-founder of the Indian Motorcycle Company. The Hilltop Farm consists of a large complex of residential buildings, agricultural structures and farmland. The farm was acquired by the Town of Suffield and preserved and maintained by the Friends of the Farm at Hilltop, Inc.

The most notable feature of the farm is the massive Dairy Barn. The barn was constructed by George Mallory Hendee in 1914. The two-story, Colonial Revival-style barn is built in the form of a cross. It contains two main features: a milk house block on the west side and a pair of tall cylindrical silos flanking the entrance on the north side. In addition there is a long chicken house, several residential houses, a garage, three tobacco sheds, several agricultural outbuildings and farm fields.

The home built in 1914 by George Mallory Hendee is now the Administrator's private home. The garage is situated between the Administrator's House and the chicken house. The Poulterer's House, also built in 1914, is located at the east end of the long chicken houses.

Currently, there is a community gardens for use by Suffield residents, a fruit orchard is under development that contains 40 apple trees, blueberry bushes, and heirloom raspberry plants. Several educational programs are offered at Hilltop Farm including: nature programs, a children's summer yoga program and adult yoga classes on Sundays and Wednesdays, and a Tinkergarten activity for kindergarten age children.

Hill Top Farm was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.
