The buildings were made to look "old" with interesting storefronts by painting a skyline and even a windmill. First building on the left is City Hall with "Hi Neighbor!" painted in the blue sky above the fake roofline.
Building next to it says Fast Foods across its fake facade. The next building is the Senior Center and it looks like it has a rooftop patio with a nice railing.
The last building says Barber Shop, but it looks more like a saloon to me with batwing doors propped open.
