The building was erected in 1968. Unable to verify that the mosiacs were placed at that time.
Starting from the left is the "comedy/tragedy" mural, musical instruments, the earth with satilles orbiting it, statue of liberty lamp, a pen and parchment, a microscope and some lab tubes, and a paint palette with brushes.
