This mural was painted in 2020 by David Freeman and a group of volunteers as part of the effort to revitalize downtown Paris. Someone's hand is reaching into the scene, proffering a vintage glass bottle of Dr. Pepper to a cowboy who looks happy to accept it. He's wearing a tan hat and gloves, a blue shirt, and a red kerchief, with a rope slung over his right shoulder. The background is mostly blue sky with clouds, and Paris's own take on the Eiffel Tower, complete with its red cowboy hat, dominates the right side of the mural. "Raise a Smile" is in maroon, as is the Dr. Pepper emblem that is superimposed upon the Eiffel Tower, and "#DrPepperLovesParis" is on one of the brown rock outcroppings that go across the center of the mural. A tan border with a red line goes around the mural, and note a little bit of trivia at the bottom: "DID YOU KNOW? Paris was once home to Robert S. Lazenby, the soda chemist who perfected Dr. Pepper's 23 flavors".
