Webbers Falls is town of about 600 people located on the west bank of the Arkansas River. At the northeast end of Commercial Street, facing the river is a nice block-long war memorial plaza in the median. The memorial has an engraved marker, beneath seven flags, two wood silhouettes, and a piece of artillery.

Alongside the memorial is a block of 27 pavers with the names of local veterans who served this country.
