The Marian Columns were built in Bohemia and Moravia often as commemorative columns, as a reminder of the tragic events, especially the wars and the plague epidemics.
The chronograms are located on the sandstone pedestal of Marian column. The Roman numerals of chronograms are larger than the other letters and are not color-coded from the rest of the text.
The year 1772 & 1822 from the chronograms referring to restoration of column.

Socha P. Marie na korintském sloupu byla nákladem obce postavena na námestí v roce 1720 na místo puvodního sloupu, který byl premísten k pivovaru a nese sochu Bolestného Krista.
Sloup s P. Marií je obehnán osmibokým zábradlím, na jehož rozích jsou sochy sv. Josefa, Jana Nepomuckého, Kateriny, Šebestiána, Víta, Václava, Floriána a Barbory.
Sochy vytvoril František Petrš z Cervené Doubravice, sochu P. Marie za 20 zlatých, ostatní sochy po 13 zlatých. Celkové náklady na sousoší cinily 239 zlatých a 2 krejcary, z toho 120 zlatých bylo vypujceno z farního peckovského záduší (tzn. z fondu vytvoreného ze zádušních daru), celková potrebná cástka pak byla doplnována z ruzných daru a pokut.
