Two large windows adorn the choir and the south chapel:

to the north, delivery of the charter of foundation of the priory by Count Geoffroy Bothorel to the monks of Marmoutiers (on the left), Saint Martin (on the right). Stained glass window signed Laigneau 1892.
to the south, Saint-Alexandre, Sacred Heart of Jesus, Sainte-Anne, Saint-Génefort. Stained glass window dated 1891.

The south side is adorned with a stained glass window representing Saint-Alexis and a stained glass window representing Joan of Arc as a shepherdess praying to Saint-Michael whose voice she hears.

The low north side is lit by a stained glass window of the Sacred Heart appearing to Saint Marguerite Alacoque.

The back of the church has a stained glass window of the baptism of Christ and a more recent stained glass window of Saint-Martin. Realization of Hubert de Sainte-Marie (1923-1991) by Quintin.
