From the sign onsite: "The Interquest Marketplace Grass Labyrinth is designed for fun for both young and old.The borders of the path are lined with both native and non-native ornamental grasses."

We are actually waiting for a table at the adjacent restaurant (Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - (visit link) and stumbled upon this while taking a walk.
